The National Indian Gaming Commission issued a notice of violation to the Thlopthlocco Tribal Town of Oklahoma in August 2012.

The NOV said Titan Network and Mercury Gaming Group, two companies from Georgia, have been managing the Golden Pony Casino without a federally-approved management contract. But both companies have been acting only as consultants, an attorney told The Tulsa World.

The NOV covers a five-year period, ending in December 2010.
