The Yakama Nation of Washington shared $777,371 in gaming revenues with the community at its annual Yakama Cares event today.
The tribe sets aside 2 percent of Class III gaming revenues for its Community Impact Fund.
This year, $411,296 went to two law enforcement agencies and two fire service agencies.
The tribe also puts 1 percent of Class III revenues into its Charitable Contributions Fund.
This year's allocation totaled $366,075, with 167 organizations receiving funds.
The ceremony was held at the Yakama Legends Casino.
