Some members of the Spirit Lake Nation of North Dakota are boycotting the tribe's casino in protest of their leadership.

Jesse Ramey Gillem hopes the boycott of the Spirit Lake Casino will make tribal leaders more accountable. She has been calling for changes in the child welfare system on the reservation.

But Erich Longie, who also has been critical of tribal leadership, said a boycott will only hurt tribal members because the casino provides jobs and revenue on the reservation.
