Graton Rancheria still promising late 2013 opening for casino

The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria in California reached another casino construction milestone this week.

The tribe raised the sign for the $800 million Graton Resort and Casino on Wednesday. An exact opening date, however, hasn't been set.

The tribe has been saying the casino will open later this year.
