A member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma wants to change how her tribe spends its gaming revenues.

Eleanor McDaniel is circulating a petition that would re-allocate millions of dollars in gaming funds. She hopes to call a general council meeting to approve the spending plan.

"We've made billions of dollars since we've had our gaming, not millions, but I'm saying billions but yet we still have people who are going hungry, who are homeless that don't get proper medical care," McDaniel told KSWO-TV. "Our leaders have an opportunity to change all that. But they've lost that focus."

The tribe operates five gaming facilities.
