Democratic lawmakers in Florida are once again threatening to block a Class III gaming compact for the Seminole Tribe.

The tribe and Gov. Rick Scott (R) are reportedly close to a new agreement. But Democrats are upset that they are being left out of the process.

"Unless we are at the table during the negotiations, we will not vote to ratify the contract should one be presented to us," Rep. Jim Waldman (D) told WGCU.
