Judge approves subpoena for Abramoff, ex-partner
Monday, March 27, 2006

A judge granted subpoenas for disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff and a former business partner to testify in a murder trial in Florida.

Abramoff and Adam Kidan bought the SunCruz of casino boats from Konstantinos "Gus" Boulis Boulis. Shortly after the deal went through, Boulis was murdered on the streets of Fort Lauderdale.

Abramoff and Kidan say they don't know anything about the crime. Some of Kidan's associates have been charged with the murder.
