NCAI's Garcia to deliver State of Indian Nations

Joe Garcia, the president of the National Congress of American Indians, will deliver the 5th annual State of Indian Nations address on Thursday, January 25, in Washington, D.C.
This will be the second Indian Nations speech of Garcia's term as NCAI president. He was elected in November 2005.
The speech takes place at 12pm in the First Amendment Lounge at the
National Press Club. Additional details will be published as they become available.
