House hearing on Missouri River compensation bill

Update: At around 10:30am, the subcommittee went into recess for a vote on the House floor that is expected to take around 40 minutes. Chairman Jandreau testified before the recess.

The House Natural Resources Committee, Subcommittee on Water and Power, is holding a hearing this morning on H.R.155, the Lower Brule and Crow Creek Tribal Compensation Act.

The hearing starts at 10am and will be broadcast online (audio only). The witness list follows:
Panel 1:
Robert Quint, Director of Operations, Bureau of Reclamation, Washington, D.C.
He will be accompanied by Elizabeth Southerland, Director of the Assessment and Remediation Division, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, D.C., to answer questions regarding H.R. 5511.
