Former Osage Nation official sentenced for theft
Cynthia Willard, a former director for the Osage Nation of Oklahoma, was sentenced to five months in prison for stealing from the tribe.

Willard, 47, admitted she defrauded the tribe out of about $38,000. She was ordered to pay restitution to the tribe in that amount.

After completing her prison sentence, Willard will serve three years of post-custody supervised release.
