Tsuu T'ina Nation due back in court over utilities
The Tsuu T'ina Nation of Alberta is due in court today to provide an update on utility service to three people on the reserve.

A judge held the band in contempt of court for cutting off water and power to the last three residents of Black Bear Crossing, a condemned area. Services were restored but appear to have been cut off yesterday.

"I managed to do my dishes, water my plants and wash my hair," Regina Noel told The Calgary Herald.

The three people are not on the list of band members but claim they are entitled to membership.
