Arraignment delayed for Tracey Avila, Robinson Rancheria chair





Tracey I. Avila, the chairwoman of the Robinson Rancheria Pomo Indians of California, did not show up to her arraignment on Tuesday, The Lake County Record-Bee reported.

Avila, 51, is recovering from surgery, her attorney said. The arraignment was rescheduled to November 27.

Avila is accused of stealing more than $60,000 from the Elem Pomo Tribe. She used to be the tribe's fiscal officer.
