Calif. to hold recall election for governor

California's secretary of state certified the signatures of 1.3 million voters for the recall of Governor Gray Davis (D).
Davis has seen his support in the polls plummet as the state confronts a $38 billion budget shortfall. Tribes have criticized him for trying to renegotiate gaming compacts in order to take more revenues from their casinos.
