Iowa Tribe to host update on trust fund lawsuit

The Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma will host an update on the Cobell v. Norton trust fund lawsuit on October 31.
Lead plaintiff Elouise Cobell and Native American Rights Fund attorney Keith Harper will speak to tribal members and account holders about the case.
U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth recently ordered a full accounting of at least $13 billion, excluding interest, in Indian funds.
The update will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the Bah Kho Je Chena building near the pow
