N.B. First Nation opens ranch for troubled youth

The Elsipogtog (Big Cove) First Nation of New Brunswick has started a ranch for youth who have problems learning. Nogemag is funded by the Canadian government. Instructors employ alternative methods to help kids, who may suffer from fetal alcohol syndrome or other developmental and behavioral problems. Get the Story:
