BIA takes over Cheyenne-Arapaho police department

The Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribe is challenging the Bureau of Indian Affairs' decision to resume control of the tribal police department.

The BIA took over the program November 10 for unexplained reasons. The tribe has asked an administrative law judge to reverse the decision.
