Trump to pay fine for Indian involvement

Donald Trump and associates will pay a total of $250,000 in fines and apologize for a series of ads as a result of a settlement with the New York state Temporary Commission on Lobbying

They will also be required to publicly apologize for a series of ads which depicted the St. Regis Mohawk as engaging in criminal behavior. They will also fully disclose past and future activities before the commission.

No admission of guilt on whether or not the ads or Trump's contribution to a lawsuit against gaming compacts are illegal lobbying has been made by Trump and associates.
