Massachusetts Gaming Commission picks executive director

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission hired Rick Day as its executive director post.

Day has served as the executive director of the Washington State Gambling Commission since 2001. He has experience in Class III gaming compacts and shared regulation of tribal facilities.

Day was the sole finalist for the job, The Cape Cod Times reported.
