Adam Beach has 'special' role in Law and Order
Tuesday, February 20, 2007

Actor Adam Beach's character on "Law & Order: SVU" was himself a victim, the show's executive producer said.

Beach is joining the cast on the last episode of this season. Producer Neal Baer told Movieweb that Beach's character will have a special role.

"Adam's character, his name is Chester Lake, he will be a detective who truly was a Special Victim. I won't say how or why, it'll come up," Baer said.

Beach is from the Saulteaux First Nation in Canada.
