Janklow set to enter plea on manslaughter charge

Rep. Bill Janklow (R), former governor of South Dakota, is to enter a plea today on a second-degree manslaughter felony charge and three misdemeanors.
Authorities say Janklow was speeding when a car he was driving hit and killed a motorcyclist
on August 16.
Janklow suffered some injuries and has returned to work in the U.S. Congress. He will not publicly discuss his criminal case and says he doesn't know if he will resign.
