Inquiry into teen's death no closer to explanation

The inquiry in to the death of a Native teen is in its fifth week of testimony but is no closer to explanation how Neil Stonechild died in 1990, CBC News reports.

Stonechild, 17, was found frozen on the outskirts of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Theories on his death include police brutality.

Testimony runs this week and concludes next week. Past and present police officers have been talking about the case, which some admit was handled poorly.
