The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria announced food and dining options at its $800 million casino. The Graton Resort and Casino will feature two restaurants from acclaimed Bay Area chefs -- M.Y. China by Martin Yan and Tony’s of North Beach by Tony Gemignani. The facility will also offer a grill and a steak house. Several casual options are also on the table. They include an eatery from Douglas Keane, another acclaimed Bay Area chef. The casino is expected to open in November. Get the Story:
