Graton Rancheria announces food roster at rising $800M casino

The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria announced food and dining options at its $800 million casino.

The Graton Resort and Casino will feature two restaurants from acclaimed Bay Area chefs -- M.Y. China by Martin Yan and Tony’s of North Beach by Tony Gemignani. The facility will also offer a grill and a steak house.

Several casual options are also on the table. They include an eatery from Douglas Keane, another acclaimed Bay Area chef.

The casino is expected to open in November.
